Registration Fee: $150.00 per Team
A team representative must be present during the check-in to receive a copy of your team’s game schedule, rules, site map, tournament T-shirts and sponsor coupons. We will also try to make schedules available on the Website. If a representative cannot make the check-in, we must receive notification by phone no later than the Thursday before the tournament and your team must check-in at the Event Headquarters Tent by 7:30 am Saturday morning. Any roster changes must be made prior to your first scheduled game and are final at the start of the first game.
Registration Fee: $150/team
(We are unable to refund fees after May 26th, 2017.)
Entry fee (cash, check or credit card) must accompany your registration form. Payable to: Johnson County Family YMCA.
Complete game rules will be available in the team packet received by the team representative during tournament check-in. They can also be found online, here.
Entry Deadline: Postmarked by Wednesday, June 7, 2017.
